results

well finally, it seem like months since i last had my own internet connection at home. i am now able to blog from home.

...... it may take some time before i get back into the swing of things but i guess we all gotta start somewhere..........

........where to start......

after new year, january/February was a melee of nightmares, sleepness nights of study exams and tefl assignment deadlines. well you know i passed my tefl, therefore i am now a qualified enlish teacher to foreign peeps. i got my results back for my masters degree deadline scored a reasonable (i guess) 60% in both assignments. the exams....... so far we have a preliminary result ...... i passed one with 45% the other..... Hmmmmmm.... lets say i havent had such a low exam mark since my injury plagued a-level exam season of 1998. retakes may be in order......

i went snowboarding in febuary/march with an old friend of mine from back home........... we're still kids at heart....... drunken poledancing can never go amiss on holiday, though i didnt survive the cocktails.......

Prisoner in my own home

i have finally become free. earlier this month i passed/qualified in my TEFL course so i can now go teach english in some random country! ............... other members from teh class of 2007 have already been shipped off to exotic locations such as central america and er...spain. one other bloke seems destined to go to Japan. So when will i ever use this certificate? i dunno.

i also sat my modular exams for my MSc it only took me about 4-5 all-nighters before i managed to cram enough to answer 50% of each exam paper. provided i score at least 40% i will pass.... im still waiting to hear back. its gonna be close. (i havent failed an exam since my dismal 1997 A-level exams where i managed to get grade N's)

oh and welcome to the new look fluffy blog site. i was held to ransom by google to sign up for their gmail account and update the blogs template before i could log back onto my blog to write anything. looks the same doesnt it.
